Walk Like a Bee

Slow is the only way back to nature. Otherwise if we think rich, richness is our target goal. We cannot be slow. We have to work hard and rush. A collaboration with the Ban Nong Tao Pgak’yau (Karen) community, Siwakorn Odochao and new media artist Jennifer Katanyoutanant.

Siwakorn Odochao of the Ban Nong Tao community, Northern Thailand, will facilitate participants through an interactive “walking workshop” method to interact with the Pgak’yau forest and rotational farming landscape and articulate their common experiences around pollination, as a way to enable dialogue.

We will collaborate through co-design labs, together developing animated folk stories with interactive environments that illustrate how rotational farming helps them adapt to climate change.

การร่วมมือกับชุมชนบ้านหนองเต่าปกาเกอะญอ (กะเหรี่ยง) ศิวกรโอโดเชาและศิลปินเจนนิเฟอร์กตัญญูทานันท์

ศิวกรโอโดเชาว์จากชุมชนบ้านหนองเต่าภาคเหนือประเทศไทยจะนำวิธีการ “เวิคช็อปการเดิน ” เพื่อเป็นการติดต่อกับป่าปกาเกอะญอและภูมิทัศน์การทำไร่หมุนเวียนและถ่ายทอดประสบการการผสมเกสรเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการสนทนา

เราจะใช้ co-design labs ร่วมกันพัฒนาแอนิเมชั่นเล่านิยายปกาเกอะญอ เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่าการทำไร่หมุนเวียนช่วยสร้างความยืดหยุ่นกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศได้อย่างไร
